  • Evaluer les dangers et les risques
  • Définition du PLr (Performance Level required) par fonction de sécurité selon EN ISO13849-1

 Etape 2 – Concept de sécurité
Définition détaillée des mesures de réduction du risque afin de réaliser une machine sûre.

Etape 3 – Définition des éléments relatifs à la sécurité du système de commande

  • Définition du niveau de performance des composants par fonction de sécurité
  • EN ISO13849-1
  • Contrôle si PL >= PLr

 Etape 4 – Réaliser la machine en toute sécurité

  • Elaboration et fourniture d’un manuel d’utilisation
  • Elaboration d’un dossier de construction technique
  • Elaboration et fourniture du certificat de conformité
  • Apposition du label CE sur la machine
