  1. This competition/promotion is conducted by SICK Pty Ltd (ABN: 81006054468)

  2. Every month starting from October 2011 until December 2012, SICK Pty Ltd will conduct the same competition, but for a new product or service

  3. Each competition will be held from the 1st day of the month to the 7th day of the following month

  4. Entry into this competition/promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions

  5. Entry is open to all existing and potential customers of SICK Pty Ltd and the participant has to be over 18 years of age to be considered as valid entry

  6. Employees of SICK Pty Ltd and/or their family members are not eligible to enter this competition/promotion

  7. To be eligible to win the prize, the participant must visit www.sick.com.au or www.sick.co.nz and click on the link ‘Product of the month’ and fill out the form entirely. This means the form has to be complete, legible and comprehensible. Only those entries which fulfil the conditions of entirety will be considered as valid and will be chosen for the draw

  8. Participants may enter the competition/promotion only once each month and duplicate entries will be excluded from the draw.

  9. All participants are eligible to enter into the into the following months competition/promotion and those entries shall be considered as a new entry

  10. All entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of processing. No responsibility will be taken by SICK Pty Ltd for lost or late entries

  11. All website entries will be downloaded into hard copies and placed in the manual draw

  12. Due to conditions of privacy SICK Pty Ltd will not mention or publish the name of the person or company who wins the prize on its company website or in any similar correspondence

  13. The prize winner will be announced by publishing on our company website, the name of the state or capital city or suburb as the case may be

  14. The prize for the lucky draw is an Apple ipad and SICK Pty Ltd has tried its best to ensure that no Apple logo or any other owned graphic symbol, icon was used in this competition/promotion

  15. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion

  16. The manufacturer’s warranty of the Prize will be passed on to the winner and the prize will not be exchanged for any other alternative reward

  17. If SICK Pty Ltd is unable to run this competition/promotion as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the company’s control, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the company reserves the right to extend the duration of this competition/promotion.

  18. By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts full responsibility for the decision to participate in the promotion and take the prize should he/she be drawn as a winner.

  19. All entries become the property of SICK Pty Ltd. The company will collect personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in the promotion and for the distribution of prizes.

  20. The personal information about the entrants collected during the competition might be used in future to contact them for purposes of promoting SICK products and/or service

  21. If the participant’s contact or personal details change during the course of this promotion, it is the participant’s responsibility to contact SICK Pty Ltd and inform us about the change

  22. SICK Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning. Independent advice should be sought in this respect
